Toyota Teases FT-AC Concept Ahead of LA Auto Show

Just in a couple of weeks before the Los Angeles Auto Show, Toyota teased a new concept vehicle called the FT-AC, or Future Toyota Adventure Concept.

This concept seems to be a replacement for the discontinued FJ Cruiser, especially that the "adventure" part of the concept's name hints that this may be Toyota's new hardcore off-roader.

However, we are not sure whether this concept is going to be an SUV or a pickup. But the fact that ever since the death of the FJ Cruiser, Toyota has lacked a true “off-road" vehicle to compete with the Jeep Wrangler and Nissan Super Safari, suggests that this new concept is likely to be an SUV.
